Why is this site organized by brand, not project?

My goal for any project, first and foremost, is to make sure everyone is successful. Projects come and go, but people do not. This approach - putting the success of people first vs making something flashy - has proven to be extremely gratifying. Naturally, this approach results in large blocks of work for one client over time.

What did you actually do on these projects?

That is always the challenge for any creative director. In some cases, I rolled up my sleeves and flew solo. In other cases, I had a very light touch. In all cases, I was either part of the design team, or built the team doing the work from the ground up. It is immensely rewarding watching a team I built produce amazing work on their own.
